Health & Safety
We recognise the importance of creating the right culture, by facilitating lasting change in attitude and behaviour. The safety of our people, customers and the public affected by our operations is our number one priority. Our services are delivered to make people’s homes and communities both safe and compliant, we also ensure that our people remain safe while they’re at work.
Our understanding of key behavioural safety issues on our safety critical industry means our commitment is clearly stated and reinforced at all levels. We operate a zero target policy on accidents and injuries. To achieve this, we ensure adequate Health & Safety training is given to all of our Operatives thorough regular training sessions and workshops. We invest annually in extensive training for our employees.
We promote healthy working lives in our clients buildings.

Environmental
We are committed to minimising our impact on the environment. We operate a recycled waste management system which also includes recycling of spares and parts for use on our maintenance services. We have recently renewed all of our fleet to the latest low emission technology in order to further reduce our impact on the environment.
We create both procurement plans and proposals for waste management and recycling, using our experience and the current guidance. These identify the appropriate sustainability and quality requirements and highlights potential opportunities for the reduction material use i.e., re-use and recycling opportunities.
As an organisation we only procure materials that are sustainably sourced. This is also outlined during our supplier’s approval process and is policed through the regular checking of Chain of Custody numbers, batch numbers and relevant certification. We have in place a Sustainable & Ethical Procurement Policy which is disseminated to all operatives, subcontractors and suppliers.
Turnkey Interiors continues to work closely with our supply chain partners, to reduce our environmental impact through ethical sourcing of materials and robust assessment of our supplier’s environmental policies.
